Johna Clark
Training Director

Since 1985, Johna has worked with client companies to create and implement professional development programs and conferences in the areas of Management, Project Management, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, and Leadership and Personal Development. Johna has also served as Assistant Director for the Center for Construction Education at Texas A&M University, and created an alliance with and served as Administrator for the Weyerhaeuser/BE&K Project Management Academy. In this assignment, she led several cross-functional, cross-cultural senior-management teams in overseeing the development and implementation of the academy's programs, as well as other educational initiatives for each client company. Johna has held positions in convention services management and has an extensive background in event planning, conference development and meeting coordination.

Johna holds a degree in Education from Texas A&M University and has completed graduate courses in Business Administration and Construction Science. She is certified as a trainer/facilitator for the InScape Company DISC Personality Profiles and their line of management products and Gender Diversity. She also provides facilitation in Problem-Solving, Presentation Skills, Team Building/Alignment and Creative Thinking. She has served on the Education Committee for the Construction Industry Institute and was invited to participate with an international university and a national association to design and develop continuing education programs.
